A moisturizing serum with organic Jeju green tea and green tea seeds that hydrate your skin from deep within!. The green tea contains polyphenols which has skin soothing properties and calms inflamed skin. It can also help to improve sun-damaged skin.
I really do like the packaging. It comes in a sturdy plastic bottle made from recycled material, with a pump. The packaging is simple and hygienic.
How to apply it
One pump in your palms and then apply over face and neck. Can be used twice a day.
My thoughts on Innisfree green tea seed serum
I had so many expectations on this product, due to all the hype around it. So, I really was expecting miracles. The serum is watery in consistency and has an off-white color. On the instructions, it says that you should apply this directly after washing, but I have used it as a normal serum, and the first of my serums (due to the watery consistency). It is quite slippery but it is really easy to apply and absorbs really quick into my skin. I really love when my serums don’t make my skin sticky afterwards and this one doesn’t.
When I first apply it, my skin feels moisturized, but that feeling disappears rather quickly, and since this product contains alcohol it counteracts the hydrating part on my skin. If you don’t have dry or sensitive skin this might be a great product for you.
It has a really strong scent, but it is on the fresh side and not on the perfume stinky side. So it doesn’t bother me as much, but I still feel that is way too strong.
I give this product 3/7
