My thoughts on 417 Facial micro luffa foaming gel
I received this in one of my Glossyboxes.
I always love testing products from brands that I have never tried products from before. You will never know when you strike gold. 417 is one of those brands I haven’t tried and actually had not heard about either. I am sorry if I step on someone’s toes by not knowing. But I am only human😊.
Whenever I see exfoliating particles in a cleanser I always gets me wondering. I have really dry skin and exfoliating is super crucial to me. If I don’t exfoliate my dry patches will show and my skin will look older and not very smooth. I often talk to people who are scared of exfoliating when they have dry skin but really you should be thinking the opposite. If you don’t remove the dry patches the products you put on top won’t be able to penetrate your skin and all the efforts and products you put on top won’t help you.
By using an exfoliant in your cleanser you are at least doing something. But it is not enough by any means. So, according to me it is completely unnecessary since it won’t do enough. Maybe if you have really sensitive skin this is a solution. But I would rather invest in a mild peeling gel instead off trusting the power of beans in a cleanser.
417 Facial micro luffa foaming gel is scented and I am really not a fan of the smell. It is not super strong but it is still now amazing either.
I didn’t struck gold with this cleanser but it is a really nice cleanser. It does what it is supposed to. At least when it comes to cleansing. As for exfoliating, I leave that comment blank😊. When massaging the cleanser to my skin in lathers really nice and the beans aren’t harsh on my skin.
After using it my skin feels fresh and clean. The cleanser doesn’t strip my skin from moisture either but leaves it feeling nice and clean.
I give this product 4/7
