My thoughts on Anskin modeling mask: collagen
This masks come in nine different versions. Ac control, Aloe, Aroma, Charcoal, Collagen (which is the one I have), Cool ice, Green tea, Pearl and Vitamin C.
When I first bought this mask I wasn’t sure what version to buy. The amount of product you get is really just wow. So first I wanted to buy 4 of them but then finally decided to be real and just stick to one.
Before I bought it myself I looked at a few reviews and every review I read was positive and it really looked easy to use and a fun type of mask.
So said and done I bought the Collagen version. Picturing my self looking weird and stupid as always with a mask on. But hey anything for great skin:-).
There is a Youtube video close up on Anskin modeling mask as well, so be sure to check that one out if you want to know more here
Anskin modeling mask is a fun mask to use but make sure that you apply a thick layer of the product on your face, or you will be pissed of when removing it. I always blend my mask in a bowl and apply with a spatula. You can use your fingers as well, but it is a little messy. When you have applied I really recommend you laying down. Since it will drip (until it sets).
First time I use it I thought it had to be me, this is not possible. What am I doing wrong. The second time the same thought. Now I have almost finished the product and I still have the same thought. What am I doing wrong. Why does everybody seem to get this to peel of so easily whilst I am left with a huge amount of residue and a need to rinse my face after using it. It dries super fast on my skin so leaving it on for 20 minutes will only leave me with more residues on my skin. All thought I used almost all of it I still don’t have the answer to why.
When removing the mask my skin feels really cool and calm. I can’t say that I see any difference to my skin but I do feel I should have bought a different version of this mask.
Conclusion
I am not wowed as a lot of other people seem to be about this product. I do find it difficult to use and I do prefer my sleeping masks or sheet masks over this. This is mainly a me problem since everybody seem to be able to get this mask off super easy and I don’t. I do recommend you trying it for yourself since it really isn’t a bad product. It is more personal chemistry:-)
I give this product 3/7
