My thoughts on Anua heartleaf pore control cleansing oil
The Anua Heartleaf Pore Control Cleansing Oil has been making waves in the skincare community, and for a really good reason. Cleansing oils are an amazing type of cleansers (read more here) and I enjoy using them especially when I have been using makeup.
Packaging
The Anua heartleaf pore control cleansing oil comes in a sleek, transparent bottle with a pump dispenser which makes it really easy to get the right amount of product. The design is minimalistic and I simply just love it.
Texture and scent
The oil has a lightweight, non-greasy texture that spreads smoothly over the skin. It emulsifies when you add water, turning into a milky solution that rinses off easily without leaving any residue. This makes it ideal for those who want a thorough cleanse without the heavy oily feeling. It has some scent to it but I really cant say if it is added scent or if its more an oily scent. Either way it is nothing overpowering so a big plus for me since I am really sensitive to strong smells.
Ingredient: Heartleaf
The star ingredient here is heartleaf extract which is known for its soothing and anti-inflammatory properties.
Performance
This cleansing oil does a great job at removing makeup, including waterproof products. It does so without stripping the skin of its natural oils. After using it my skin feels soft, smooth and somewhat hydrated. I do have really dry skin and usually cleansers makes my skin scream for moisture as soon as I am finished drying my face. But this one gives me some time before I feel the urge.
As for its pore cleansing abilities it is really difficult for me to say. I do notice that my pores looks a little bit cleaner but I am not sure that it is only the effects of this cleanser.
The Anua Heartleaf Pore control cleansing oil works on every skin type. You can use it as an only cleanser or as a first cleanser in the double cleansing method. If you have oily skin you might need to use the second cleanser (a foam cleanser) but that is completely up to you and your skin.
Conclusion
The Anua Heartleaf Pore Control Cleansing Oil is a fantastic addition to any skincare routine, especially for those who are looking for a thorough and gentle cleansing product. It is effective for any skin type and does a great job cleansing my skin.
I give this product 7/7
