My thoughts on Balance me Pre and Probiotic cleansing milk

Balance me is a UK brand and I received this sample in one of my Lookfantastic boxes. I have tried a few products from the brand and I really seem to like their products.

The Balance me Pre and Probiotic cleansing milk is white and its texture is like a regular milk type of cleanser. I don’t tend to use milk cleansers very often, instead I go for oil cleansers and foam cleansers but that doesn’t mean that I don’t like them I just don’t tend to buy them.

Packaging

The full sized product has a pump bottle and I do prefer that type of packaging for this type of product.

I do like the packaging, it is simple and recyclable and nothing negative about it.

This cleanser does a great job in cleansing my skin, it is easy to use and feels nice on the skin. When I wash it off it doesn’t give me that squeaky clean feeling. Which can be quite uncomfortable for my dry skin. Instead my skin feels more clean but more clean enough if that makes sense.

As a lot of you already know I am quite sensitive to scents. This one is quite strongly scented under specific circumstances. Bare with me here. When I sniff the bottle it doesn’t tend to be super strong but when I massage it onto my face (especially when I fold my hands around my nose) and sniff (yep I do that to check out the scent. It is a super strong almost chemical scent. I know that this brand only use natural scents but still it smells super chemical (not saying that there are though). I wished they just removed the scent because I really don’t think it does anything positive for the products.

The Balance me Pre and Probiotic cleansing milk does not sting my eyes when using it. So thumbs up for that.

If you know that you are sensitive to scents I would recommend you to check out the ingredients first just so you know if they are ok for your skin type.

Conclusion

This is a really nice and gentle cleanser. The price is really good as well since I do feel that you get a good cleanser for you money. If you know that you are sensitive to scents I would by a sample first just to see how you experience it. I cant say that I am super wowed by it but I do feel it is a really good product

I give this product 5/7
