My thoughts on Benefit Cosmetics Bad Gal Bang Mascara

I received a sample size of this one in one of my subscription boxes. I really like getting samples of mascara since I never seem to finish a regular sized one before I need to change. My eyes are really sensitive. So I need to change my mascaras quite often. So when getting a smaller one I really feel that I use most of it up before throwing it away.

The packaging is really nice and I do find it quite different comparing to other mascaras. The brush is a plastic brush and I am not a huge fan of these types of brushes. I do prefer the wands with bristles on instead. But that is just a preference and it can still be a great mascara.

Almost always when I apply mascara I wipe the wand off on a piece of toilet paper before applying. This due to that I feel that I always get too much product and the result is usually not what I look for. So buy wiping it off I get a smaller amount, and I rather add an extra layer if I need to.

When applying it, it does a great job in separating my lashes so the application is really easy and nice.

Benefit Cosmetics Bad Gal Bang Mascara lasts me the whole day making my lashes look longer and more volumized, without crumbling.

It is a waterproof mascara and that is true, but it is still really easy to remove. Often when mascaras are waterproof they can be so difficult to remove (especially Korean or Japanese mascaras) but this one removes really easy with an eye makeup remover.

I do find this mascara to be a little pricey and I don’t think that it is so amazing that I would buy it again. Since I do think there are so many good mascaras out there for much less money.
