My thoughts on Benefit the porefessional face primer

Primers are really amazing and when you find one that works on your skin the feeling is just wow. A primer can help with a lot off different things like making the makeup last longer. Hide pores and wrinkles. Keep oils under control. Help with dry patches.

This one is a typical pore hider. Which means it smoothens the surface making your skin look more flawless.

The packaging is ok, nothing fancy but I still like the packaging. I would prefer it to be in an airless pump but still the tube is nothing that takes the score down.

After using Benefit the porefessional face primer, my makeup glides on nicer on my skin. but I do add silicones to my face, which is a big no for environmental reasons.

I know a lot of people think that there are miracle products out there that will make your pores smaller or totally disappear. This is not true and you should not believe it. what a product can do is make your pores appear smaller. But not affect them in any other way. The pores are there for a reason and that is to create sebum for you skin and without them your skin would be drier than a desert. So really you should be happy that you have them😊.

What a product might do is clean your pores, making them appear smaller. And by using a pore reducing primer, your pores simply blurred out making them appear smaller.

Benefit the porefessional face primer is a really great primer, but I do feel that it is quite expensive. It does make my makeup apply better, and it does make it last longer. But it does contain silicones and I am still looking for an amazing primer without silicone, to make my skin look amazing. If you have any recommendations for my dry skin please write a comment down below.

The primer is tinted, which is perfect for covering some of the blue as well (even when not using makeup) I like to use it on my eyelids just for this reason.

I do prefer my primers to be tinted, since I fell that it makes a big difference when using a product with light coverage.

I give this product 6/7
