My thoughts on Clio Water Me Please BB Cream

This BB cream has really great moisturizing properties. I feel that this BB cream will work great on skin types that are on the oilier side as well. It only comes in one shade but it does oxidize to match my skin tone, but I usually add a few drops of a darker shade just to get a perfect match.

It has medium coverage but it is buildable and it won’t cake if you add more layers. It is easy to apply. The BB cream is on the thicker side, but it glides very easy on the skin.

It does have a very natural result and feels really light on my skin. If I don’t use a primer or powder it will still last me about 7 hours. It you have oilier skin I would really recommend using a primer or a powder to make it last during the whole day.

I take a little longer to set on my skin then for example the Missha perfect cover BB cream. And I would expect it to, since it is a moisturizing BB cream. But it really doesn’t bother me. It will dry completely and doesn’t leave any sticky feeling on my skin (even when I don’t use a powder).

I usually never use powder on my skin, since I have really dry skin and I feel that most powders make my skin want to crawl away. But with this one I can actually use a powder on top, it I feel that I need it to set faster.

It differs from a lot of other Korean BB creams since it is more on the yellow side and it leaves a matte finish on the skin. It is scented, I do feel that it is way too strong, but at the same time it is not a bad perfume smell, more on the fresher side and I do prefer my products to be unscented.

The packaging is a simple tube, and according to me this is the perfect packaging. I do prefer my BB creams in a tube or a tube with a pump. I know a lot of people love the droppers or the spatula type of product but I do feel a tube is more hygienic since I never put anything back into the container that has touched any other part of my face or hands.

This is a really great BB cream and it works really great on my skin, after my Missha BB cream this is my favorite for sure.

I give this product 6,5/7

    Hello,

This is my holy grail bb cream/makeup face product but is now discontinued. Do you have any recommendations for a dupe?

  • Tess

Hi Linda. I really haven’t found any dupe for it. My favorite at the moment is Missha Signature Real Complete BB Cream. It is really moisturizing but not as thick in consistency.
