My thoughts on Doucce relentless matte lip crayon in winterberry
I received this in one of my Glossyboxes and was really looking forward to a subtler color. The strong red color is really not for me, and it simply doesn’t suit me. Maybe it is just me, but I really don’t like the way a strong red looks on my lips.
Doucce relentless matte lip crayon comes in a nice packaging. A black pen with the color on the bottom. I really like when a packaging is thoughtful in the way that they show the color without one having to open the lipstick up. It makes it so much easier knowing what color one is looking for.
I find pens so much easier to work with than regular lipsticks, probably due to the smaller tip😊
The formula is really nice. The lipstick feels smooth on my lips and doesn’t feel dry at all. It is really easy to apply, but one need to be a little more careful when applying stronger colors.
Doucce relentless matte lip crayon is completely matte and I don’t know about the other colors, but this one is very opaque.
This is not a long-lasting lipstick and it will transfer some, but I was really surprised that it didn’t transfer too much despite of the strong red color. If you like red lipsticks and feel comfortable wearing it I really recommend this one. I would really like to try a different color that suits me better.
On Glossybox you are able to fill in a form on products you prefer or that suits your skin type and makeup preferences. I have always chosen natural but always end up with the brightest of colors on my lips. I am not going to wear it as it is but I might mix it together with different lipstick because I really like the formula. The brand has so many beautiful shades and I really wished I would have gotten a different shade.
