My thoughts on Embryolisse Moisturizing Lait Creme Concentre
This is one of those products that I am a little confused about. Simply because there are just so many ways you can use it and normally when it comes to a multi functioning product I don’t think they work. At least not as intended. So just for that I will review this one only for the use of a moisturizer and a primer.
My skin is really dry. And I mean not normally dry but really dry. And quite often when I use makeup during winter my skin feels super dry after a few hours. No matter what BB cream or foundation I use my skin just seem to suck all the moisture out of anything I put on.
What I normally do is that I mist my face and I can get a few more hours of makeup on my face before I feel the need to wash and do a full skincare routine to get that moisture back in my skin.
Before I bought this as a primer in mind. I used the NYX oil primer and I thought that was really amazing for my skin. But then I decided to try this one.
The description of this cream says that it can be used as a moisturizer, a primer, a facial mask, post shaving care and according to some you can use it as a cleanser as well. If you have tried all of these methods I would love to hear your favorite way of using it. I am super skeptical that it can be that amazing for everything. Basically because I haven’t found one product that can so far. But if you use it as a multi cream please let me know.
As a moisturizer it is simply amazing. It is such a lightweight cream and still it gives me that moisture that I need. I am not doing a full review on it as a moisturizer since I only bought a small tube and therefore I am focusing on its abilities to work as a primer instead.
Packaging
Comes in a regular tube. I do prefer this type of packaging over a tub since it is just way more hygienic. It looks nice and clean.
What you need to know about my skincare routine to start with is that I do follow the Korean skincare routine which consists of about 10 steps of skincare. This means that there is a lot of layering of products on my face and sometimes a primer might just be that products that is not working with my skincare routine. When this happens my makeup starts pilling. And that is not a good look for anyone
Embryolisse Moisturizing Lait Creme Concentre is super lightweight and it feels that it is not going to do much on the skin at all. My first thought was that I was expecting it to be really heavy and thick so this was a great surprise. I have tried really lightweight products before that has been amazing on my skin but they are not that common.
The cream is white and it does has some scent to it. Nothing strong and nothing that is bothering me at all. More the scent of a fresh cream.
The first time I tried this one I was amazed. It is really moisturizing on my skin even though I have a lot of moisturizing layers underneath. It works with every skincare product and every foundation or BB cream I try and my skin feels moisturized for a really long time. I cant actually say that I have tried a primer that makes my skin feel like this before.
It really does an amazing job as a primer to my makeup. Whatever I put on looks just great and at the end of the day my skin does not feel dry or have visible patches of dry skin.

This is the one you absolutely need. It as an amazing primer and does magic if you have dry skin. Makeup looks really great and there is no dry patches at the end of the day.
