How to Use Esfolio feet and heel peeling mask
Cleanse your feet and dry thoroughly.
Completely squeeze the contents of the Esfolio Foot & Heel Peeling Mask package into the bottom of the plastic sock covering the heel, arch and toe areas.
Place foot into sock and used the supplied tape to secure the top of the sock to your ankle.
Place feet in bag and keep still for approximately 1 or 1.5 hour.
Remove the sock and completely rinse off the Foot & Heel Peeling Mask contents.
Within 4 days your heel will start to self-exfoliate. During this time do not pick at or peel the exfoliates.
You will experience drastic results within two weeks.
My thoughts on Esfolio feet and heel peeling mask
I have a love and hate relationship to this type of product. I do love using them but I simply hate how my feet looks during the process of peeling. And I do feel that it is easier to keep filing your feet the regular way once a week, instead of doing this from time to time.
Esfolio feet and heel peeling mask work magic, they really do. But when my feet are completely peeled I feel that were the peeling began it is time to start over again. So, parts of my feet look and feel amazing a short time.
Still I love this product, since I do feel that do help a lot and if you have really bad problems with hard skin or cracked feet this might be your solution. I do file my feet often and I do take care of them a lot. Your feet carry you through life so why not give them a little love.
I have tried different socks and I really never notice any difference, they all work great on me.
I will not add a picture of my peeling feet, that is simply disgusting and I don’t want my readers to puke whilst reading my reviews. Simply trust me😊
These socks are double layered so be sure you put your feet in the middle. They also come with tape, which is a plus since you really need to keep them on for some time. I usually stay in bed during the time I wear them but there is always something you need so you have get up anyways and then the tape comes to use.
The smell is herb like and fresh. It is really not a strong smell so it doesn’t bother me at all.
