What is Glossybox?
Glossybox is a subscription box with Non-Korean products. You get a few products every month to try out and I tried it a long time ago and subscribed for a year and now I wanted to start up again. The postal service in Sweden has gone bananas and decided to charge at least 75 SEK (which is about 8.50 USD) for every parcel ordered outside EU, no matter the value of the order. Then you pay taxes on top of that. I have decided to cancel my subscription to Bomibag for this reason. It simply gets way too expensive. Hopefully the Swedish postal service will change soon and we can go on shopping as usual.
I only wish that Glossybox would start with a box with only skincare instead of makeup and skincare, I don’t use so much makeup and would definitely benefit for another type of box.
Glossybox costs 139 SEK which is 16 USD including shipping and no taxes. So, until the Swedish postal services stop this huge fee for ordering outside EU. I will stop subscribing to boxes outside EU. I will still buy my Korean products, but then I will order larger hauls instead of small once.
