My thoughts on Laritzy Cosmetics Shade stix
I am a sucker for cream products due to that I have really dry skin. If I use powdered products I need to use powder to set my base, and I really don’t like doing that. I have not yet found a powder that works on my skin so if you have any tips, please let me know.
I got this stick in one of my Glossybox subscription boxes and before this one I was using a contour stick from Etude House.
The Laritzy Cosmetics Shade stix is really creamy and the shade matches me really well is in not orange looking. It does come in two tones, one cool toned and one warm toned. My skin is more on the yellow side but when it comes to contouring I always prefer the cool toned once since I do feel that a lot of yellow toned contour products looks too orange.
I usually apply the product with the stick and then blend it with my fingers.
I really like the color, even if you are pale this can work great on your skin since it is really blends easily. Be sure to start of with a small amount and then build it up instead of overdoing it from the start.
If you are using powders on your skin be sure to apply all creamy products before setting it with powder. If you don’t the result will be patchy.
I really do like the packaging. It is simple and clean as and you get a lot for the money you are paying for it.
The only negative thing I can think of is that the top of it is a little thick when using it for finer contouring (for example nose). Then it is easier to apply with a smaller brush directly instead of using the stick.
As for lasting power it lasts me the whole day without setting it with a powder so I am super happy with it.
I give this product 5/7
