My thoughts on Max Factor 2000 Calorie Lip Glaze
Packaging
The packaging of Max Factor 2000 Calorie Lip Glaze is sleek simple with a clear tube. It has a wand applicator which is easy too use. The wand is a little larger than I am used to. But really nothing negative about that.
Shades
I received a total of 4 shades in my collaboration with Max Factor. And the color range is really good.
The shades are vibrant and flattering and I am really happy with the shades I received.
Texture, scent and finish
One of the first things you’ll notice about this lip glaze is that it has a really strong scent of vanilla. If you’re a fan of sweet, dessert-like fragrances, you’ll adore it. However, if you prefer less noticeable scents, this might be a bit overpowering. As for me I am not that big of a fan when it comes to strongly scented products, and I would prefer it to be unscented.
The formula is really creamy and is super easy to use. But the texture is towards the oilier side so use a smaller amount or you will get the oily taste in your mouth. The oilier texture makes the product absolutely amazing as a moisturizing product.
All the shades are glossy and it does a really great job in being just glossy. You can apply it as it is or over a lipstick for that extra shine.
Lasting power
As we all know, gloss doesn’t lasts and neither does this. But it is easy to reapply and I wouldn’t expect it to last any longer than it does.
Final Thoughts
The Max Factor 2000 Calorie Lip Glaze is a fantastic option if you’re looking for a high-shine, creamy lip product with beautiful colors. While its strong vanilla scent and slightly oily feel may not suit everyone, it is absolutely a product I recommend you to try out.
