My thoughts on Max factor Miracle Pure Golden Glow Bronzer
Packaging
As the rest of the products in the same line it comes in a nice soft tube. A good package for this type of product.
Texture, application & scent
Max factor Miracle Pure Golden Glow Bronzer is really smooth and creamy. They are unscented which is a good thing according to me.
I do struggle with the application as they dry down really fast. This is probably due to that I have really dry skin and it’s a common issue for me. I have tried different methods when applying it like brush and sponge but I found it easiest to first apply it to my hand and warm it up. Then blending it in with my fingers, brush or sponge.
If you apply it as they recommend (by dotting onto you skin and then blending it out) you might experience some patchiness.
Color payoff and finish
The shades are quite similar, with a subtle hint of orange. They’re highly pigmented, so a small amount provides great coverage. Both shades feature a delicate shimmer, without being overly glittery. They wear beautifully throughout the day, with no issues of pilling or fading.
Extra tips
Since these products dries down really fast it can be difficult to apply them. I usually mix products that dries down too fast for my skin type with a tiny bit of rosehip seed oil or almond oil just to get the product to dry down slower. This is of course depending on what products I am using underneath and if it works or not. You can apply some of your foundation as well to the bronzer. Making it much easier to blend as well.
Conclusion
I do like them but I am a little bit conflicted about the shades. They do give a nice summer kissed look to my face but I feel that the shades are just a tiny bit too orange for my liking. The products itself dries down rather fast so you make sure to do one part at the time.
I give this product 3/7
