My thoughts on Max factor Miracle Pure Infused Cream Blush
Packaging
Max factor Miracle Pure Infused Cream Blush comes in a soft tube. I really like the packaging. I think it is easy to use and just looks pretty. The packaging follows the same design as the rest of the products in the same line (Miracle pure)
Texture, application & scent
Its texture is really smooth and creamy and the shades are really beautiful. The blushes are unscented which is just great.
I do struggle with the application as they dry down super fast on me. I have dry skin so everything dries down quickly which can be an issue. If you apply it as they recommend (by dotting onto you skin and then blending it out) you might experience patchiness. I experienced patchiness no matter what method I used applying it. There is a solution if you experience this (see further down). If you have oilier skin this might not be an issue at all.
You can use your fingers, a brush or a sponge to apply it but I felt that it was way better to apply it first to my hand and then warm it up before applying it to my cheeks and directly blending it out. It is buildable but yet again you need to be quick.
Color Payoff & Finish
They shades I received are both matte and without any glitter in them. I really love both the colors and they are just beautiful.
Extra tips
If you have really dry skin you might not have the time to apply this product without it getting patchy due to that it dries down really fast. What you can do is mix it with a very tiny bit of oil (rosehip or almond) foundation or moisturizer and it wont dry down as fast. This is of course not what you should have to do to use the product. But it is a way to get it to work if you bought it and experience the patchiness.
Conclusion
These blusher are beautiful in color but not so much in performance. I found them quite patchy even though there is a way of working with them (but that shouldn’t be necessary for the product to work). So even though I really like the colors this will not be my go to blush.
I give this product 2/7
