Ingredient list will be listed in the end. It was way too long to have in the beginning of a post. I don’t think I have ever seen an ingredient list like this. And it is actually a little bit scary.
How to use it
After skincare apply as you normally would. You can use the application method you prefer.
My thoughts on Missha signature real complete BB cream
The ingredient list is almost ridiculous when looking at it. But hey if it works on my skin I am not complaining.
I bought this BB cream after recommendation with super dry skin. And as with all Korean BB creams the shades are a little off. If i go for shade 21 I get an white cast on my face. The darker shades blends perfectly into my skin, but looks a little ashy. So what I do is that I use another BB cream or foundation (doesn’t have to be the exact brand, just make sure it blends together) that is a little bit on the yellow side and I get a perfect match for my skin.
Packaging
The packaging is nice and functional. All off Missha’s BB creams comes in the same type of packaging. The small sized version has a regular tube and the bigger size comes in a tube with a pump. The tube has a hard plastic cover which makes it more like bottle than a tube. The packaging is really great. I prefer this type over spatulas since it is more hygienic.
Missha Signature Real Complete BB cream is thicker in consistency but it is easy to apply and it blends in really nice to my skin. The coverage is medium with a dewy finish.
The dewy finish might be a problem if you have an oilier skin type. Or you would probably need a powder on top anyways.
After a while my skin feels a little dry and I have to use a mist on my skin to get rid of that dry feeling. This is mainly during winter when my skin is super dry and everything looks weird on my skin. This is nothing typical for this BB cream. But at least I felt it lasted a little bit longer on my skin before that feeling of dryness took over.
Missha Signature Real Complete BB cream lasts well on my skin, and my skin looks really nice the whole day.
Always when it comes to foundations or BB creams I go for light or medium (max) coverage. I do feel that less is more and that skincare is more important than makeup in the long run. The better skin lesser the makeup. Same goes for older skin, lesser makeup. At least that is what I go for. I mainly use BB creams for making my skin look a little more even and I don’t feel that I need a lot of coverage. If you do, just add a concealer to those areas. I do find it to be a little difficult layering since it is on the thicker side. But if you skin can manage it, just go for it.
This BB cream is scented. Not super scented like Missha’s perfect cover BB cream but it is still scented. I would prefer it to be unscented instead. But I don’t see that ever happening.
Missha perfect cover BB cream takes a little longer to set if you don’t use a setting powder. I don’t use any powders (or almost never) on my skin anymore since my skin is really dry. So I do need to wait a little longer (we are not talking 30 minutes) to get ready in the morning.
I really love this BB cream and I just love how my skin looks when I use it.
Conclusion
If you are looking for a BB cream medium coverage, great for dry skin, has a super weird ingredient list this is the one for you. I just love it and I keep on repurchasing it. Is is absolutely one of my favorites.
