My thoughts on Oneoseven Chaga Cleanser

This product was sent to me due to that I answered a questionnaire on Korean beauty products, so I didn’t pay anything for it.

Oneoseven is a brand that I really haven’t tried any product from before and of course due to that it got voted to be an amazing products my hopes were sky high from the beginning.

I am always a little conflicted when I read descriptions on a cleanser. To me a cleansers main goal is to clean my skin without stripping it completely from moisture (this due to that I have really dry skin). If you have oily skin you might look for a cleanser that is having some kind of sebum control. But this all differs depending on YOUR skin type. I do think that it is super hard for a cleanser to actually do anything else since it is not a product you keep on you skin for a long time. Compare this to a serum, essence or a cream. Those a product you apply to your skin without washing off and makes completely more sense to me.

So the only question I feel is ok to answer in this review is. Is this a good cleanser (cleansing properties)?

So back to the Oneoseven Chaga Cleanser

The packaging is really nice and simple. It is a regular tube and perfectly suited for this type of product.

It is a low pH cleanser so therefor it is suited for most skin types including sensitive skins. Looking at the ingredient list it looks like a really gentle and nice cleanser.

The consistency is a little slimy and gel like. It has a yellow/brownish color and a rather strong scent.

As for its cleansing properties I find it to be really amazing. My skin feel super nice after using it. It doesn’t dry my skin out (and this is a really big thing).

You only need a tiny amount of product and when adding water it lathers really nicely.

It does a great job in cleansing my skin. Normally I double cleanse when I have been using makeup. But this does a great job as a single cleanser as well.

It does not sting my eyes which I really like. I don’t use it as a eye makeup remover (and I wouldn’t recommend you to either) thought.

I give this product 7/7
