Holika Holika 3 second starter collagen review

Holika holika 3 sec starter collagen

This is a hmmm, euuuu, well, maybe, I really don’t know product. And by that I mean that I really don’t know what to say about it and its effect on my skin. I do like it though, which makes it even more difficult to write. But let me try.
If I think of this product as a “non-conventional collagen product” and try to think of it as a Korean collagen product, then I like it a lot. It is really moisturizing, and my skin likes it a lot. But if I think of it as a Collagen product in the way people here (Europe) normally think about Collagen I would say bogus, but I like it.

The double cleansing method

Basically it is as it sounds, cleansing twice. This is a great way of getting you face really clean.

How many are using, one cleanser, and then a toner on a cotton pad. Then you look at the cotton pad, is it clean? No, most often it is not. What people, including me (before Korean skincare was all on my brain) did, was using toner as your last step. Korean toners are so much more than that and should not be used as a last cleansing of the residue step. You can read about Korean toners here

What is Collagen? The thing that is good for your skin, or is it?

what is collagen? It is the main protein that exists naturally in your skin and body and is sometimes referred to as the glue of your body. About 30-35% of your body consists of Collagen and around 75 %of your skin is made of Collagen. The production of collagen decreases with age (as does almost everything, except the effect of gravity on your but). This leading to saggy skin and formation of wrinkles (tell me about it).
I need to lift a tiny warning when buying products containing collagen. If a product say it contains collagen and only that word it is probably not a good product. Collagen itself is a large molecule which cannot penetrate the skin at all. When you have a product containing regular collagen it will wash away when you clean your face.

Innisfree olive real cleansing foam review

Innisfree olive real cleansing foram

This is a really nice cleansing foam and I really do like it. But if you are feeling a little tension in my writing (hmm is that even possible). Well, but if you do I only have one problem with it and that is that I keep on comparing it too Innisfree jeju volcanic pore cleansing foam (which is amazing). These are two different products, and I think I should be loving this one more, since I have really dry skin. But sorry, I don’t. I do really like it, it feels really nice on the skin, it does the job and it really makes my skin feel moisturized and not completely dry.
