My thoughts on Power of nature Olivia Hydrating gel mask
This is a mask I received in one of my Glossyboxes some time ago, and I have tried it out for some time. I really don’t see how this could be called a hydrating mask. It actually doesn’t do anything for my skin at all. It feels cool and stingy when I apply it and that is about it.
When I rinse it off my skin does feel a little bit more moisturized but that feeling goes away really fast. It does not leave any residues on my skin and it makes my skin feel cleaner but not more moisturized.
The mask is clear and has a gel like texture. It is easy to apply and spreads nicely on the skin.
On the packaging it says it can be used as a sleeping mask as well. I haven’t tried that out yet since I really don’t trust the product to do anything for my skin and I have really great sleeping masks to use instead.
The mask is scented, it has a fruity scent that is actually quite nice.
This is not a product I recommend if you have really dry skin as me. If your skin is normal to oily this might be a much better match.
I give this product 1/7
