My thoughts on Sleek matte me liquid lipstick
I will start by saying that I am not a lipstick person in that way that I love using lipsticks. I often find it hard since I really don’t enjoy that feeling of product on my lips. Instead I do like using lip balm. And I tend to prefer that feeling on my lip over anything else. I wish I was a lipstick person, because when I see other people using it I love the look. But when I try using stronger colors I just look weird.
This lipstick is a matte liquid lipstick and as always before using a matte lipstick you should really exfoliate your lips first. If you don’t, you will see every dry flake there is.
Before using Sleek Matte Me Liquid Lipstick I exfoliate and then I add a lip balm since I do feel that liquid lipsticks are too drying.
The packaging is really nice and the applicator is a doe foot applicator that is easy to use and I really don’t have anything to complain about here.
When I apply it, it is a little sticky but not very much and it dries fast and completely matte. Without bleeding into fine lines. When I have been using it for about an hour it becomes a little patchy but still kiss proof. I usually add some lip balm on top and that patchiness goes away.
Sleek Matte Me liquid Lipstick is without scent, which I am really happy with.
I really love the color, it is opaque and just my type of shade. The shade is still bold for me, but I can still use it without looking weird.
I give this product 5/7
