My thoughts on The body shop carrot cream nature rich daily moisturizer
Received this in one of my Glossyboxes may 2019.
I am not a regular user of The body shops products but I really looked forward in trying it out.
The texture of The body shop carrot cream is creamy and the color is pale orange. It is easy to apply and absorbs really nicely without leaving any stickiness on my skin.
The smell is the one thing that really lowers the points of this product. It smells like dirt and carrots and I would have preferred the product to be without scent. If it was I would actually like it a lot. If smells aren’t any problems for you I would definitely recommend you to try it. The smell doesn’t lingers on my skin.
My skin type is really dry and it does moisturize my skin but it doesn’t feel super moisturized. I wouldn’t trust it with my skin during winter time. If you have normal skin type this might be a perfect night cream.
The packaging is really nice, it suits the product well and I do prefer tubes over jars since they are more hygienic.
You only need a small amount of the cream so don’t overdo it😊
