My thoughts on The body shop shea nourishing body butter
I received this in a Glossyboxes and this is the second body butter I receive from them so I really had my hopes set high. I did love the other body butter I got which was scented with berries. This one has a sweeter smell and I am not a fan of this smell at all. I do have problems with overly scented products and according to me this is way too much. Sometimes I do like a product that has a strong smell but never when it comes to sweet scents.
The packaging is a tub and since the products itself is so thick there really isn’t any other packaging that would work.
The consistency of the body shop shea nourishing body butter is really thick and I don’t think there is any type of packaging that would work.
When applying, it is really smooth and absorbs easily into my skin without leaving it sticky or oily. And I feel that my skin is really happy and moisturized at least for 24 hours.
I will definitely not buy this one in full size since I do find them to be way too expensive. And then of course I don’t like the smell so why would I😊?
I often end up using coconut oil as moisturizer and I do feel that my skin answers well to it as well. But as for moisturizers for my body this one does an amazing job and I really do love it. I have super dry skin and usually my body is never happy but with this one it really is.
I give this product 4/7
