My thoughts on Wet n wild barefocus tinted hydrator

This is a product I heard so much about but never decided to try before. I know it is loved by a lot of people and usually that means that I probably won’t love it. But I just need to try this one. And keep an open mind.

Always when it comes to foundations, BB creams or tinted moisturizers I am looking for something that has rather low to medium coverage and is moisturizing. This is not always an easy combination when you have super dry skin and nothing seems to be moisturizing enough. Makeup tend to feel dry on my skin at the end of the day so I rather not use too much too often. That said, lets check this one out.

Wet n wild bare focus tinted hydrator is a light to medium coverage and when looking at wet n wilds webpage it is organized under foundation. I would not call it a foundation, but more like a tinted moisturizer and that is perfectly fine by me.

Packaging

Comes in a regular tube which is perfect for me. Nothing to complain about here

When applying I always use my fingers, this is mainly due to that I actually have chronic pain and using a brush or a sponge is too painful for me and using my fingers is the fastest way so therefor I always end up using my fingers. I have tried using a brush and a sponge as well, but i do prefer the look from my fingers. If you are looking for more coverage I would definitely go for applying with a sponge. I find that it blends easily with every method I use.

It is buildable and I totally agree with that, but don’t wait too long before applying your second layer

I have tried using this with different primers and without primer and I always seem to think the same so it does work with all different types of primers and doesn’t seem to react negatively with any.

So what is my thoughts on Wet n wild bare focus tinted hydrator?

I can only say that I love it. It looks amazing on my skin. It lasts all day, does not leave a sticky feeling but it is not super moisturizing on my skin. I do feel that I am wearing makeup and I do feel I need the moisture during the day. But is not as bad as a lot of other bb creams or foundations are.

If you have sensitive eyes this might effect you a little bit so be aware about that as well.

It does claims that lines and imperfections fade away.. it wont they will still be there believe me. But it does even the skin tone out really well giving me a smooth and nice look to my skin

Conclusion

Looking fore a cheap and super nice tinted moisturizer, this is absolutely for you. I really like this one and it has been my go to since I bought it.

I give this product 7/7
