My thoughts on Babor Anti-aging sun care sun cream
This is a product I would love to buy the full-size product. It is not going to happen though since I do feel that the price is way over my budget. But one can always dream.
I usually go for a really high SPF when I buy my sun protection products and usually I go for SPF 50, but since this one was sent to me I did not have the choice to choose. The product comes in a tube which is perfectly fine for me. the packaging is white with an orange flip lid and suits the product perfectly.
The Babor Anti-aging sun care sun cream is strongly scented (according to my sensitive nose) but it is still a scent that works for me. And by that, I mean that it doesn’t smell like old lady perfume or roses. But the scent lingers on for quite some time.
I was surprised the first time I used it. We have had the weirdest summer in Sweden this year. We had no rain whatsoever and I live in a country where it usually rains very often. The temperature was up at 34 degrees Celsius and this weather was going on for the whole summer long. There was drought and cattle all over Sweden didn’t have food enough for the winter so a lot of farmers had to slaughter their cattle. We also had a huge amount of fires and since Sweden is covered by 80% of forest this was a big deal for the whole country. One can say that this summer messed a lot of people’s lives up.
And by this out of the topic part I wanted to say that I wore sunscreen all summer all the time (I usually do during the summer, but since we were at the beach almost every single day I really needed it.
The sun cream penetrates really fast and feels really light on the skin, after it is fully penetrated my skin feel soft and not sticky or oily at all. And it leaves no white cast whatsoever. The sun cream also works well with the rest of my skincare routine no matter how many layers I put on, the same goes for the foundation or BB cream I put on top.
